Bumico Building Materials Mall officially opens after its groundbreaking ceremony that was successfully held on 15 March at Subang Jaya (approximately 30-minute drive away from Kuala Lumpur City Centre).
The event was graced by Dato’ Seri Michael Yang, a member of the Pahang royal family Raja Jamilah, a member of the Malaysia royal family Megat Khalil, Directors of IBN Group of Companies Jayandren Subramaniam and Thanesh Jayandren, Vice President of Shenzhen ZRPZ Group, Liu Xiling, General Manager of Bumico Building Materials Mall Huang Qingmin, Assistant General Manager of Bumico Building Materials Mall Zhao Xinyu, members of Malaysia mainstream media and partners of building materials and renovation industry.
As the first large-scale building materials mall, Bumico Building Materials Mall is poised to be the one of the most advanced and professional one-stop building materials procurement centres in Malaysia.
Dato’ Seri Michael Yang said that China is Malaysia’s largest trading partner among all ASEAN countries. Being a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural country, Malaysia’s rich Chinese culture allows the country to establish and maintain good relationship with China for the past 45 years. Currently China has become Malaysia’s largest import source and second largest export source.
The General Manager of Bumico Building Materials Mall also revealed that Bumico is a one-stop center that gathers relevant distributors, agents and business owners, offering a wide array of high-quality products at a very affordable price. The centralised mode of operation gives it an edge in the industry as customers can pick and choose any construction and home products that they need within the mall.

Bumico Building Materials Mall has obtained its business licensing earlier this year in February, marking a significant milestone in Malaysia’s construction industry.
The company is working towards their vision of becoming an international building materials trade centre that offers huge variety of products for the local construction companies and suppliers.
